Where Safety Takes Shape
Using our non-combustible high-performance material PT FirstOne®, we manufacture tailor-made components for marine use – from flat 2D panels to complex cladding elements, cabin modules and window boxes, all the way to special fire protection components such as battery enclosures for lithium-ion batteries.
Thanks to the option of thin-walled production, our components combine low weight with high structural strength – while being fully non-combustible according to IMO FTP Code standards.

Maritime Fire Protection Solutions
Cladding Elements for Marine Interior Outfitting
Wall & ceiling panels made from PT FirstOne® – non-combustible, robust, IMO-certified
Whether cabin walls, column claddings or other decorative surfaces and coverings – our custom-made cladding elements made from PT FirstOne® are non-combustible according to the IMO FTP Code, offer high structural strength and allow for flexible visual design.
Thanks to their thin-wall construction, we achieve low weight with high stability.
Available with functional or refined decorative surfaces – also compliant with IMO Part 5.

Non-Combustible Panels for Ships, Yachts & Offshore Structures
Structurally strong, IMO-compliant, available with B15 / A60 fire ratings and thermal insulation
Our PT FirstOne® panels are used wherever fire protection and structural performance are critical – such as wall and ceiling cladding, as well as fire-rated covers in technical areas, functional zones, or cabins. Suitable for both interior and exterior marine applications.
Non-combustible in accordance with IMO FTP Code and highly durable – B15 or A60 fire resistance is achievable depending on the system configuration.
For applications requiring only IMO Part 1 (non-combustibility), we manufacture thin-walled panels with an optimal weight-to-strength ratio.
Available with functional or decorative finishes – also IMO Part 5-compliant.
Fire Protection for High-Risk Areas
Custom safety enclosures for lithium-ion batteries made from PT FirstOne®
Our PT FirstOne® battery enclosures are specifically designed for the safe integration of lithium-ion batteries in marine environments. They provide reliable protection against flames, heat, and aggressive particles during thermal events – even in the case of thermal runaway incidents.
With non-combustibility certified to IMO FTP Code, excellent compressive strength, and electrical insulation properties, these custom-built components are ideal for technical rooms, engine compartments, and other safety-critical applications on board.
Tailored to your project requirements, we manufacture custom enclosures in free-form geometries – with optional thermal insulation. Also available as part of holistic fire protection systems.

B15 Window Boxes for Marine Interiors
Non-combustible, pre-assembled and fully customizable – available in B0 or B15 configuration for thermal insulation
Our PT FirstOne® window boxes are specifically designed for use in B15 wall systems, combining certified fire protection with practical, installation-ready construction.
Each component is custom-made and delivered ready to install – with optional adaptations to cutout geometry, window positioning, or fastening solutions.
Thanks to their high dimensional stability and full non-combustibility in accordance with IMO FTP Code (Part 1), our window boxes are ideal for cabin modules, crew areas, and other sensitive onboard spaces.
Surface finish available in custom decorative coatings compliant with IMO requirements under Resolution MSC.307(88) – FTP Code 2010, Annex 1, Part 5.
Fire protection classes
-
Fire protection class A1 in accordance with DIN EN 13501-1
-
Non-combustibility of our material PT FirstOne® according to EC type-examination certificate (Module B): IMO Resolution MSC.307(88)-(FTP-Code 2010), Annex 1, Part 1
-
PT FirstOne® is orientation tested up to REI240 / F240, and thus fulfills the fire resistance classes F30, F90, F120, F240 depending on the cross-section and material thickness.
